Question 1

Can I resell if my plans change?

Accepted Answer

Follow the policy on the checkout site. Transfer and resale rules are not the same as the box office.

Question 2

Are floor seats always general admission?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Some TobyMac setups are reserved floor; others are GA. The ticket listing for this showtime is the source of truth.

Question 3

Where do I buy TobyMac tickets for this date?

Accepted Answer

Use View tickets — it opens the direct listing page on our city ticket site for this venue and showtime.

Question 4

Are fees included in the price on this page?

Accepted Answer

No. The listed price is the ticket price before checkout fees on the city ticket page.

Question 5

How do I get to the venue?

Accepted Answer

Use Directions in the hero for Google Maps. Downtown arenas fill nearby garages first — rideshare drop-off is usually a block off the main entrance.
